DAAS & Chemicals has joined Star Step Performance Coatings Group (SSPCG), a milestone that opens new opportunities to expand our technologies, strengthen our capabilities and extend our reach into broader markets.
Headquartered in Pordenone, Italy, DAAS has grown over more than a decade into an international coatings manufacturer. We operate in Italy, the Philippines and the United States, and we serve customers in more than 60 countries. Our particular expertise in coatings for wood pallets is supported by specialized formulation and R&D capabilities, along with a broader portfolio of coatings products.
As part of SSPCG, DAAS gains access to expanded commercial, technical and manufacturing resources while continuing to build on the expertise, customer relationships and capabilities that have driven our growth. The combination also creates opportunities to bring DAAS technologies to new markets and share our technical and R&D strengths across the Star Step platform.
DAAS will continue to be led by co-founder Carlo Della Toffola as General Manager, with co-founder Stefano Antoniazzi supporting the company as Strategic Advisor.
