A degree in Economics and Social Development from Bocconi University, he began his career in the chemical industry in 1995 as General Manager of OECE Industrie Chimiche Spa, a company owned by the Swedish group, Klintens. After the acquisition of the Becker Group, he joined the Board of the group dealing with rehabilitation and development plans in France, Spain, China and Brazil. In 2005, he became Senior VP of the Group, which he left in 2010. With his in-depth knowledge of complex business processes and internationalization of activities, Stefano personally oversees the development of foreign markets and M&A projects.

After her experience in Seagram Marketing in Italy, in 1992 she began working with Munters (ABB Group) overseeing marketing and communication activities while planning the launch of the MCS Division for distribution of post-disaster rescue services in the Italian market. In 1997, she joined BELFOR Italy, a subsidiary of BELFOR Group, the worldwide leader in the disaster recovery industry, where she specialized in CRM, Marketing and Communications. She left BELFOR in 2013 to become part of the DAAS & Partners team. Ms. Gatti develops CRM, Communication and Direct Marketing projects for customers in the insurance and expert assessor’s market.

After solid technical experience in ADR on Industrial Painting systems and methods, he joined the Becker Group Technical Department in 1998, where he added various professional experiences to the position of Regional Manager in the most important area for the Company. In 2011, he joined Wip Coating asBrand Manager in the Wood industry, to then manage ICB and subsequently, following the acquisition, become Director of DAAS&Chemicals.

An experience of 25 years in Vernis Jaquelin, a leader in French wood paint, where she held various positions. Since 2010, she was the Executive Sales Manager at Sherwin Williams. She joined DPG Consulting in 2015 as Sales Coordinator and Manager of the Top DAAS Accounts.

He began his technical experience in Japan in the Kansai Paint Group, where he gained technical knowledge for six years. In 1993, he accepted Becker Group’s offer to become Technical Director in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia. In 2000, he became Director of the Taiwan subsidiary of OECE Chemical Industries before returning to Becker in 2005 as Head of Technical Services in China. Since 2011, he joined Bampact Paint as Technical Manager in Taiwan to then establish DAAS Industrial Taiwan in Taichung in 2014.
